Technical Specifications – GRP PANEL TANK
Supply, assembly, installation and testing of GRP panel tanks as confirming to standards at low prices. Tank material to be fire retardant suitable as per for water storageapplication . The tanks are meant for out door installations and with UV stabilised. Tanks to be leak proof after installation. The tanks to be with 700mm dia manhole cover, mosquito proof mesh air vent – 100mm dia.
Panels with minimum of 75mm Flanges at every sides of panels
- Roof Panels : 1000 x 1000 x 75mm, Manhole Panel: SMC Manhole panel of 700mm dia with lockable lid.
- Side Panels : 1000 x 1000 x 75mm, 1000 x 1500 x 75mm, 1000 x 2000 x 75mm
- Bottom Panels : Convex shape 1000 x 1000 x 75mm
- Drain Panel : 1000 x 1000 x 75mm at bottom for complete drain of water
- Air-vent : 100mm dia. Air-vent with mosquito proof mesh
- Sealant Gasket : All the panel joints will be properly sealed with Non Toxic PVC foam sealant gasket
- Fasteners : Utilized for the panel joints: M12x40/50mm Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) bolts & nuts
- Supporting structure : External Vertical Channel supports at every 1meter interval with painting & External Tie rods at 1meter interval at top of the tanks with painting.
- External Ladder : Galvanized type Ladder – 1 no / tank
- Internal Ladder : FRP Internal ladder with complete fixing arrangement inside
